• Profile and preference data — speaking topics, audiences, fee expectations, bio texts — to match opportunities and personalise AI outputs (legal basis: contract).
• Content you upload — videos, pitches, application materials — to provide Stage Coach analysis and generation features (legal basis: contract).
• Usage and telemetry data — feature usage, device identifiers, IP address — for security, fraud prevention, and product improvement (legal basis: legitimate interests).
• Support messages — to respond to your requests (legal basis: contract / legitimate interests).

Payment data is collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; we do not store your card details.

• Service providers and subprocessors (hosting, analytics, AI processing, support tooling);
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of products, subscription and order management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing;
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting);
• Authorities where required by law.

We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
